This offer price is exempt from german VAT (0% VAT) for Photo Voltaic Installations in Germany.
Please note the following information on the legal german requirements for the 0% tax rate.
From January 1st, 2023 it is possible to buy private and non-profit PV systems with the zero percent tax rate in accordance with JStG 2022 § 12 Para. 3 UStG.
However, this zero percent tax rate is subject to certain conditions.
You must meet the following requirements for the zero percent tax rate:
- The installed PV system has a total output of no more than 30 kWp and is used privately or publicly, (within Germany only, according to the entry in the market master data register)
- No commercial resale.
- The purchase is made by and the delivery is made to the operator of the photovoltaic system.
- Ordered components are delivered on or near the (residential) building, a public building or a "building serving the common good" in Germany.
- You acquire the components for a new system or to expand an existing private or public PV system.
- If the legislator requires further documents or papers, we reserve the right to request them.
You confirm that if you reject the zero percent tax rate or provide false information, you are liable and pay the VAT back to us.
Please note that there may still be changes or adjustments to the procedure due to further instructions from authorities and the legislature.
