Shipping Costs & Conditions
- Maschinenhandel-Sued ships goods with DHL, Deutsche Post, UPS and GLS.
- Maschinenhandel-Sued delivers Europe wide. Delivery is done, if not mentioned otherwise in article desciption, usually within 1-4 workdays (domestic) after payment has been received.
International shipments will take longer depending on the destination and the performance of the local delivery service.
- Payment of the invoice amount must come from an account in the country that is also the delivery country. We do not serve countries with differing payments (account/delivery country).
- Delivery times are given by the forwarder and will not be guaranteed by Maschinenhandel-Sued.
- Maschinenhandel-Sued delivers orders within Germany at the rates shown below according to the weight class of the total order:

- Prices for deliveries in EU countries are different and for consumers (private individuals, OSS regulation) according to european laws since 01.07.2021 delivery country-specific. The exact shipping costs are shown in each order process before the final purchase. They are calculated, based on volume or shipping weight, as well as the tax rate, applicable in the country of delivery.
- Of course, Maschinenhandel-Sued also offers shipping to European countries that do not belong to the EU, such as Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Great Britain, etc. Deliveries there are generally net, meaning the prices shown on the invoice, do not include German VAT.
In case of delivery to a given german delivery address, the currently valid german VAT will be charged. Maschinenhandel-Sued does not reimburse these, even if the goods are subsequently exported to one of the states mentioned.
- Worldwide shipping and bulky goods are not offered. On request, however, Maschinenhandel-Sued will be happy to check whether delivery is possible.
- Due to the shop system limitations orders with max. weight up to 200 Kg are possible. If weight exceeds this value, articles have to be ordered in several steps.
- Maschinenhandel-Sued does not charge any fees for intra-European payments.
Payment Fees
- For payments from other EU countries, Maschinenhandel-Sued offers European standard transfer - (SEPA transfer with IBAN and BIC). This is usually free of charge.
- If there are still fees for the selected forms of transfer, these are to be borne by the buyer.
- For payments from other EU countries that are not made by European Standard Transfer (SEPA transfer with IBAN and BIC), a fee of 6% will be charged.
